SHIPPING POLICY

We do our best to ship all orders within 72 hours from the time they are placed.

Your satisfaction is fully guaranteed. We will provide a refund within 14 days after you receive your Spider product. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Returned orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund. 

Addressing problems with your shipment:

Spider Gear LLC., ("Spider Gear") will assist with problems related to the shipping and delivery of your order. Spider is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the incorrect address due to customer error. Problems regarding the state of a package after an order has been received must be addressed with the shipping company.
