SHIPPING POLICY
We do our best to ship all orders within 72 hours from the time they are placed.
Your satisfaction is fully guaranteed. We will provide a refund within 14 days after you receive your Spider™ product. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Returned orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SHIPMENTS
The customer is responsible for any duties and fees associated with receiving an order.

Your return package must include a copy of your order receipt.
Contact us before sending in any order for return. If you do not have an order receipt, please let our support staff know and they can assist you.
For international orders, customs fees (if applicable) are paid by the recipient.
Addressing problems with your shipment:
Spider Gear LLC., ("Spider Gear") will assist with problems related to the shipping and delivery of your order. Spider is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the incorrect address due to customer error. Problems regarding the state of a package after an order has been received must be addressed with the shipping company.
Limited 1 Year Product Warranty
Spider Gear LLC., ("Spider Gear") warrants these products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of (1) year from the original purchase of the product. Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, Spider Gear will, at its option:
(i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts or
(ii) replace the product with a new or refurbished product that has been returned to its original function.
The warranty provided is for repair or replacement of the product only.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage.
Cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the product is not included in this warranty.
The use of any non-genuine parts or accessories will void this warranty. Any parts or products replaced under this Limited Warranty will become the property of Spider Gear LLC.
This limited warranty does not cover:
•Damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the product is not included in this warranty.
The use of any non-genuine parts or accessories will void this warranty. Any parts or products replaced under this Limited Warranty will become the property of Spider Gear LLC.
• Spider Gear is not liable for damage to cameras, equipment, clothing or anything in your surrounding environment as a result of using them. Spider Gear is also not liable for bodily injury to yourself or others as a result of using our products.
Limitations on damages:
Spider Gear LLC. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty or contract or tort claim on this product.
