The internal spring on my holster failed and needed replacement - not a complaint as parts can fail on anything. I’ve had my unit for 3-4 years and use it regularly. It was a pleasure to find Spider Holster sells only the parts needed rather than making the end user purchase an entire kit, which for mine was a spring. I purchased a reasonably priced four pack of springs which included the necessary hex wrench and it arrived promptly.
