SpiderPro Camera Holster v3
Built for professionals who demand absolute reliability, our CNC-finished aluminum holster delivers strength, security, and seamless functionality in the field. The machined aluminum body is both lightweight and rugged—engineered to withstand years of heavy use without compromise.
The holster lock is ambidextrous. The lever can be swapped from the left to the right side.
The holster features a dual-position locking system designed to give you total control over your workflow:
Position 1: Auto-Lock Mode – As soon as a Spider v3 Plate Pin or other Spider v3 Accessory is inserted, the holster lock automatically engages, securing your camera. To release, lift the lever and remove your camera. The holster will return to its Auto-Lock Mode.
Position 2: Quick-Draw Mode – Push the lever upward until it “clicks” into place, and the holster remains open for quick-draw access. When you’re ready for maximum security again, simply push the lever back down to re-engage the Auto-Lock Mode.

Spider Suspension System // Clip + Pad

Our premium belt-mounted suspension system is designed for photographers who demand both comfort and performance.
By transferring the weight of your camera from your neck and shoulders to your hips and then mitigating that weight further with the Suspension System’s curved design dampening the movement of the camera, this ergonomic system allows you to move freely, shoot longer, and stay focused on capturing the perfect shot.
With an integrated Spider Camera Holster v3 , the system is crafted from durable precision metal with a luxurious leather scuff pad, it not only secures your gear with confidence but also protects your clothing from wear caused by constant movement. Whether you’re shooting an all-day wedding, trekking through landscapes, or capturing street moments on the fly, this suspension clip keeps your camera ready at your side—without the pain of traditional carry systems.
The top of the Suspension System has an integrated QD (quick disconnect) socket, which is compatible with all standard QD swivel plugs. This is intended for use with our Spider Shoulder Harness System. Similar to a pair of suspenders, you can plug the QD swivel of the Shoulder Harness into the Suspension System to mitigate the weight on your beltline. On a dual camera system, you can alternatively plug one QD into the suspension system and then plug the opposite side QD into the Spider Plate of your heavier camera rig, further mitigating the weight of that rig by compensating it to your other side.
Spider Camera Plate v3
The Spider Camera Plate v3 attaches to your DSLR or Mirrorless camera using the camera's 1/4"- 20 tripod mount.
It features laser engraved center marking for accurate alignment with anti-slip rubber pads on the bottom for a stable, secure install, and also features our stainless steel Spider Anti-Twist Pin v3
The adjustment Hex wrench for the plate's attachment screw is installed directly inside the Spider Plate for convenient access!
The (2) built-in 1/4"x20 mounts allow you to attach your tripod plate / quick release into. This eliminates the need to take our plate off to attach your gear!
Spider Camera Plate v3 (Micro Plate)
The Spider Plate has a removable top section called the “Micro Plate”, which can be installed all by itself as an Arca Swiss compatible tripod plate.
The Micro Plate section also has an integrated Stainless Steel QD (quick disconnect) socket which is compatible with all standard QD swivels, such as the ones on our Spider Shoulder Harness System.
This Micro Plate section is directly compatible with our Spider Backpack Adapter* without the need for a Spider Camera Holster and can be inserted as is. (*not included)
When using one of our SpiderPro Hand Strap v2, the Micro Plate Slider features a dedicated passthrough and mounting point for the Spider Handstrap. This allows for uninterrupted contact of the plate to the camera body, providing unmatched stability.
Spider Plate Pin v3
Made from CNC stainless steel, the SpiderPro Plate Pin v3 is specifically for use on the v3 Spider Plates and eliminates the issues with threaded pins, such as becoming unthreaded over time.
We do not recommend removing the Spider Pin unless it becomes damaged and needs to be replaced.
- The Spider Anti-Twist Pin on this camera plate is pre-installed with threadlocker to ensure a secure hold.
COMPATIBILITY NOTICE: This product is not compatible with Spider v2 gear.
