I had to put my photography hobby on hold for several years due to injuries of my cervical spine & shoulders that prohibited me from carrying my camera around my neck. Even fancy camera harnesses could not disperse the weight enough to allow me to use any of my cameras. In the three weeks since receiving my SpiderPro Duel Mirrorless Camera System I have gone on three pain-free photography excursions. I can't write this review without crying tears of joy and relief. This holster system not only functions as an adaptive photography tool it is simply a superior method for carrying and using cameras.

Fits perfectly
I wasn't sure about adding a hand grip to my cameras because I didn't want it to interfere with shooting but knew I needed one with the size of my lenses and amount of time spent on sessions. This was easy to apply to my camera body and adjust to fit my hand and is velvety soft. After my first session using it I realized I forgot I was even wearing it. My wrists are grateful.

My Massage Therapist told me I needed to keep my gear off my shoulders!
I've been using a shoulder system for my two cameras that I would use on engagement and wedding shoots. It was taxing on my body to the point where my massage therapist would keep telling me that I needed to find another solution.
At one point I was reduce my camera holding to one, and would always put the camera in-between my legs while I was working with my hands on something else. My massage gal said, "NO MORE!"
ENTERED the Spider Camera Holster.
The weight distribution on my hips - GOD SEND! YAY for no more shoulder pain. Plus- as a person who is always hands on in holding the veil, train of a dress, doing flat lays, etc. - having my hands free whenever I need is super helpful!

One Item I can NOT live without!
If there is one item i can not live without it is my Spider system! If for some reason I forget it at home (which is very seldom) I am lost. This is by FAR the best investment you can make!

Z6 fit
Z6 fit. With a little bit of modifying the plastic of the strap to make the 3 buttons fit, the strap is great. I have them on all my cameras and they provide great handling.

While I haven’t gotten to use much, its proven to be a godsend. Works the way its supposed to as well as transferring the weight from my back to my hips Great for carrying and with the arca swiss plate makes the work so much streamlined.

Best option out there!
This was my second SpiderPro belt - just replaced a single camera model with the dual-camera option. Very well made and easy to use, it takes the weight off your back and your shoulders and moves it to a very manageable and comfortable waist location.
The hooks that hold the camera to the belt are WAY over-engineered and solid and the over-all construction of everything is done well. The heavy nylon (?) material and the design is superior to just about anything I’ve seen or tried and it’s very quick and easy to hang the camera when it’s not needed or to pull it off when it’s time.
After having used the Spider Holster system, I’ll never go back to a shoulder strap, much less a dual strap! The camera/s always swung around and banged into everything - this system simply works better and is much more heavy duty!

An Excellent Gear Addition
I love the hand strap. I started out using a sling and got tired of fumbling with it. I love the SpiderPro system and especially how comfortable the hand strap is. It not only feels comfortable but also completely secure when I'm shooting. I've hated a few gadgets, liked some others, but can honestly say that I love this purchase and what it does for my shooting.

Tiny Camera Support
Recommended by Spider staff from an e-mail inquiry from me about a different camera support product. This Spider-X Belt Holster is tiny, unobtrusive, and is perfect for supporting my Leica Q2 Monochrome mirrorless camera, without having a cumbersome camera strap hanging off the camera. A perfect suggestion from Spider staff.

New plate works perfectly for my Olympus OM1
Easy change over, took about 5 minutes. The original plate I bought a number of years ago for my big Nikon D800 did not do so well on my new and much smaller Olympus OM1. Access to the battery door required the removal of the plate. Now with the new plate it is a perfect and removed a lot of frustration for me. Good job folks - I’m really enjoying my new rig.

The best way to carry 2 cameras
Is this a lot of money for a camera harness? YES.
Is it worth it? YES!
I've tried many dual camera strap solutions, and this is by FAR the best option. One massive benefit is that you can kneel or sit without having your second body contact the ground. Beyond that, the annoying camera straps getting in the way of flip-out screens and limiting the camera position is a non-issue. Ask anybody who uses a dual camera strap system, and they will most likely tell you of a time their cameras bumped into each other. If you bend down to get something from a camera bag, your cameras will slide off your hips and contact each other. Not with this system. They sit securely on your hips without moving an inch. After a few weeks, I don't even need to look at my hip to re-attach the camera; it's become muscle memory.
Try yours today—I know you won't regret it
